Lyka Labs Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 25, 2010 to March 30, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on March 30, 2010.
