Lavasa IPO Date and valuation
Lavasa IPO Date expected between 15 Des 2010 and end December. Official date of Lavasa IPO is still not announced but we calculated 40 days from date of draft filling with SEBI.
Lavasa IPO valuation: Lavasa IPO valuation is not based on earning as they have just started property booking but on Land bank. Lavasa corporation holds 5000 acres and full property development will happen from 2007 to 2020.
HCC holds a 65 percent stake in Lavasa corp.
