Integrated Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2009, inter alia, has accorded their approval to conduct Postal Ballot to seek the approval of the Members of the Company under the provisions of Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 by Ordinary Resolution.
