BSNL ISD Activation
BSNL ISD Activation needs a customer to write a request form to activate ISD facility and submit it to nearest exchange or BSNL office.
BSNL ISD or STD facility is not activated by call center(phone No 1500)
As they only provides nearest branch address and also you need to deposit Rs 2000 as deposit with the form. one can also lock/ unlock ISD facility after activation. It take 4-5 days to start ISD service after form and deposit submission.

bsnl broadband fair usage policy is made for every user’s benefit where no one use bsnl broadband limitlessly. for example for Rs900 BB Home Combo ULF 900 plan you get 4Mbps speed upto 8 GB and 256 Kbps speed beyond 8 GB, so name of this plan is unlimited but after 8GB bsnl cuts your speed to 256kbps so with bsnl broadband fair usage policy you don’t get Full speed of 4MBPS for full month.
so in unlimited plan bsnl broadband fair usage policy means speed loss and in other plans they charge 0.60 paisa per MB for extra usage means Rs600 for every 1GB usage
