AXIS Bank – ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd on April 18, 2009 has made the allotment of 41,297 equity shares of Rs 10 to the employees of the Bank under ESOP skim.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,90,46,415 equity shares from 35,90,05,118 equity shares after esop allotments.
